Whole-Process Shopping Binding Terms of Service
Phase 1 Pre-Order Browsing Period
Users browse product details and policy pages voluntarily, fully acknowledge product traits, after-sales limits and shipping rules before placing orders. The brand optimizes picture display to restore real item texture, reserved normal visual shooting deviation scope.
Phase 2 Account & Order Confirmation Period
Users complete real information binding, confirm receiving time and address accurately before payment. Users shall check order commodity model, quantity and gift attachment twice to avoid manual ordering error. Paid order generates binding transaction validity.
Phase 3 In-Warehouse Processing Period
Brand arranges inspection, packing and outbound by order sequence. Users can apply order hold or address edit before warehouse packing finished; no modification available after parcel outbound.
Phase 4 Post-Receipt After-Sales Period
Users check parcel integrity upon receipt, submit after-sales application following official process within valid after-sales days. Any private disassembly, artificial damage will disqualify after-sales qualification directly.
Phase 5 Service Termination Period
Order finished after refund, exchange or successful receipt. Users can logout account to terminate service authorization; brand reserves violation record permanently for standardized platform management.
